Fox Elementary School Tutoring Resources
Children who struggle in school benefit from tutoring, which helps them gain confidence and skills if they’ve fallen behind. Even if your children are excelling in school, tutoring can still be of great benefit, boosting their confidence and preparing them for the next level.
Tutoring services may be available through the school, but parents are encouraged to take on an active role by home tutoring their children. Using WebSchoolPro’s large collection of tutoring resources, parents can help their children make the most of their learning experience.
Fox Students Need You
One of the most critical services her at Fox is our tutoring program. It is staffed completely by volunteers and it is strongly supported by the teaching staff. The program provides Fox chilfren who are performing below grade level with extra support and practice in reading, writing and mathematics. Our tutors are neither experienced teachers nor academic marvels; they are simply committed volunteers. If you are interested in helping, contact Lisa Kang at tutor@foxschoolpta.com
Lunch Time Homework Club
On Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch, children have an opportunity to get a little extra help with their homework. Most students are sent by their teachers to get caught up on late homework, but several kids use the chance to work ahead. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Lisa Kang at tutor@foxschoolpta.com
Place: Room #5 - Thanks Ms. Hendrix!
