Room Representative Information

Your job is to help the classroom teacher coordinate parties, field trips and other such needs. The PTA will also occassionally ask your assistance in contacting parents. Your help is invaluable and much appreciated.

    Volunteer Information

    It is important as a room representative that you make certain the adults volunteering in the classroom have been cleared and are logging their volunteer hours.

    Field Trips Guidelines

    1. Families may not be asked to contribute more than $5 per child and it is considered a donation and not a requirement.
    2. No siblings on field trips.
    3. No dogs.
    4. Parent drivers should assume they will pay all gas and parking expenses unless told otherwise by the teacher.
    5. Make certain all drivers are cleared to drive.
