For information on our recycling program and how you can help, please contact our Recycling Assistant: Jim Cole Volunteering at Fox: Getting StartedWe are grateful for your interest in volunteering at Fox. We welcome all parents, grandparents, and guardians into our classrooms and school. The volunteer clearance process has recently been changed by the school district. Start your volunteer authorization process by completing the school district's required Volunteer Form by clicking on the link below (STEP ONE). This form indicates to the district your interest in volunteering. Next, visit the district webpage to determine the level of clearance you are seeking; your Clearance Level is determined by the type of volunteer work you will be doing. Print the required paperwork from the district webpage, and submit the completed forms to the school office.
1.) STEP ONE - Complete the District Volunteer Form https://brssd.formstack.com/forms/volunteer_form_16_17
2.) STEP TWO - Determine which level of clearance you require (Level I, II, or III) https://www.brssd.org/volunteer-information/

4.) Fox Yearbook orders 2018-19It's time to order this year's Fox Yearbook. Please order your yearbook during the month of February (Feb 1 to Mar 1, 2019) at the Fox Online Store, as there is no guarantee that there will be any yearbooks available for sale at the end of the year. The cost remains unchanged from last year at $35 each. Delivery will be during the last week of the school year.

2019-20 School EnrollmentPlease view the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District website for next year's enrollment information: https://www.brssd.org/online-enrollment. The district website is very informative and tells you everything you need to know about registering your child, including important dates and documents needed for each school. You can view the 2019-2020 enrollment timeline, TK/Kindergarten visitation details, immunizations needed, etc.
School Supply DonationsOnce again we are asking each returning family to donate $50 per child to the Fox school supply fund. We will provide each teacher with the supplies needed to best support the programs and activities for each individual classroom. This contribution will help with supplies for the next school year. Here is why this is a win-win:
This $50 is completely voluntary. Please help us by contributing. Additionally, we welcome contributions above that amount to support families who are not able to participate. This year you may pay by cash, check or through PayPal. If paying by cash or check, please download and complete this form and return it with your donation to your child's teacher or the front office. Save up your recycling to support Fox Each school year, we raise thousands of dollars to support our PTA programs by collecting recyclables from the Fox community on Fridays. A parent volunteer will be at the flag pole on Friday mornings during drop-off, collecting CA-CRV recyclables, including plastic water and soda bottles, glass beer bottles, and aluminum beverage cans. Fox School needs your help to distribute hot lunch to our students this school year! Lunch is distributed from 11:30am-12:45pm on regular days and 9:30am-10:30am on minimum days (including Wednesdays). Please sign up to help out using the links below. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly commitments are helpful. But we appreciate you stepping in the to help on any single open days, as well.
